Nigerian defensive midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has been a revelation in the Premier League since joining the Foxes in the winter of 2017 for a reported fee of £17 million having established himself as one of the best anchormen in the division after slotting in seamlessly into the Leicester midfield.

The 21-year-old was brought in from Belgian side Genk to replace French midfielder, N’golo Kante who moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2016 after playing a key role in the Foxes unbelievable title triumph.

Although, he is not expected to come cheap as Leicester as showed with Riyad Mahrez in the winter they can’t be bullied into selling one of their most prized assets.

He is known for his strong tackling abilities, concentration, aerial prowess, long shots, passing, anticipation, and calmness with the ball.

Given his age, quality, and the massive potential he has displayed since he moved to the Premier League, he will be a quality addition to the Reds squad and could be the perfect partner for Naby Keita in the middle of the park as he completes his switch from RB Leipzig to Liverpool this summer.
